The person who pierce my ear did a wonderful job she was professional. She treated me with respect the price for the service was high, but her piercing my ear made me feel more comfortable.

Place was great!! Very welcoming! Brought my daughter to get a second piercing. I felt good bringing her to Black Cloud. The lady (forgot her name) that did my daughter’s piercing was very gentle and talked her through the whole process. She was great!!

I went in to get my thirds and a helix piercing, and Caleb did an amazing job! He walked me through the entire process, explaining everything he was doing and checking in often to make sure I was still feeling good. He was so friendly, welcoming, and down to earth, which made me feel really at ease the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—I definitely recommend Caleb if you’re thinking about getting a piercing!
